Home health care includes skilled and non-skilled nursing care, as well as other specific skilled care services such as physical and occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and medical social services. The Vision Homecare team provides skilled and non skilled nursing care and helps to coordinate the care and/or therapy as per your doctor’s orders. As a client of Vision Homecare our caring staff will teach you (and those who help you) how to provide care at home, in your own environment. The goal of Vision's home care team is to help you get better, regain your independence, and become as self sufficient as possible while in the comfort of your own home.
